MYCK, Vickie
May 22, 1943 — June 8, 2019
Vickie went to be with The Lord on June 8, 2019. She was born May 22, 1943 in Moon Lake, AB. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Gary; son Kenneth and daughter Teresa; and granddaughter Taylor.
She was the youngest of a family of eight. Vickie was devoted to her family and The Lord. She was very involved with volunteering, but her passion was cooking and serving large meals. She also loved to play Canasta. She will be missed for her beautiful smile, kind heart, generosity, and her big hugs.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 1:00 am at the Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Dr, Kelowna, BC with a reception to follow. Should family and friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Kelowna General Hospital, www.kghfoundation.com, or the BC Cancer Foundation, bccancerfoundation.com in Vickie’s name. Gary and family. Our condolences to all of you. We both had the privilege of working with Vickie. She was an amazing lady. Always with a smile on her face and in her heart. She always spoke of you all with live and passion. Her family was so important to her. Vickie will be missed.
A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts, through us they live on. My condolences.My deepest condolences to the Myck family.
