We Remember
FISHER, Cody Douglas
November 27, 1990 — November 14, 2024
It is with heavy hearts and immense love that we announce the loss of our beloved Cody Fisher, who went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on November 14, 2024, at his home in Kelowna, BC, at the age of 33.
Left to hold him dear to their hearts are those he loved most, including his wife of 7 years and partner of 11 years, Tamra Fisher; their children Mya-Jean, Madeline, Mila, and a fourth baby due in April 2025; parents Douglas (Michelle) Fisher and Colleen (Roxanne) Fisher; siblings Jessica (Adam) Beaton and Emily Proctor; nephew Hunter; niece Tenley; in-laws Bonnie and Rick Stoney; along with many close friends and extended family members who will miss him deeply.
Born on November 27, 1990, in Richmond, BC, to Douglas and Colleen Fisher, Cody was a shining light in the lives of everyone who knew him. Raised in Cloverdale, BC, he later settled in Kelowna, BC, where he built a beautiful life with his family. Cody was a devoted and loving husband to his wife, Tamra, and a doting father to his three young daughters, who were the center of his world. His family was his greatest treasure, and he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to their happiness, always going above and beyond to nurture and support them.
Cody’s love extended beyond his immediate family; he was an incredible uncle to Hunter and Tenley, cherishing every moment with them and showering them with his boundless affection. His selflessness and unwavering love touched every aspect of his life. A hardworking and determined individual, Cody recently embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial journey, purchasing his own crane and establishing his own business. His ambition and drive to provide for his family were nothing short of inspiring.
Cody’s legacy of love, friendship, and dedication will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. His warmth, kindness, and infectious smile could light up even the darkest days, leaving an indelible mark on everyone he encountered.
At this time, there will be a private family goodbye, followed by a public celebration of his life at a later date in the Spring of 2025. Details to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist Cody’s children’s future educational needs. For more information, please reach out to Dave Osborne. Email: dkosborne@shaw.ca.
