Missing you Dad you’re in my heart
Dearest Shirley. We are deeply saddened to learn of Bill’s passing. Such a wonderful, happy, and dear friend, first as our very trusted bus driver then later as a golf buddy. I will always remember his encouragement to come join in the mixers at K.S. With our love, Brian and Grace
Shirley and Family: I’m so sorry to hear about Bill. He was a good man. I remember when my water pipe was frozen he came to the rescue. Took care of our building. Always seem to have time for people. My thoughts are with you and your family Shirley. Love Debbie Erdely
Bill will be so missed and we were sorry to hear of his passing. We worked with Bill on the Strata Council for many years and admired his unwavering support to all the owners of Somerset Gardens. Always there to help and share his knowledge. Thank you for all your time, patience and kindness. Our condolences to Shirley and family. RIP Bill. Sherri and Gord Sims.
We have such wonderful memories of our time with Bill and his family. Hot summers on Kootenay Lake, the cherry tree shenanigans at Blanche and Ralph’s, and golfing in the Okanagan, to name a few. Bill had such a wonderful smile, and such a kind and generous heart. A life well lived!
Heaven is sure lucky to have gotten such a wonderful angel! Thanks for all the great stories and trying to make us laugh! Missing you lots Papa!!

My condolences to the Morris family. Although it has been awhile since I’ve seen Bill, I have very fond memories of Bill & Shirley when I lived in Nelson. Bill always had a smile on his face and assisted us in hockey. You were a great person and will be missed by all…..R.I.P…….Finnigan
Our condolences. Words seem not to touch the core of loss when someone dear passes away. Bill will be remembered as a kind gentleman, with a rich smile who welcomed us at the condo. May he rest in peace.
Shirley and family….so sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. Such a big loss for all of you.
I have many great memories of our fishing and golfing escapades in Nelson. I will remember them forever.
Thinking of you all during this sad time.

I have many great memories of my dad. There are far to many to list, but a few I would like to share. His stories, his laugh, his little smirk when he would tell a joke or try to make me laugh and his ability to create a masterpiece out of a few scraps of wood. I am so grateful to have grown up with such a wonderful, kind man. He was such an important part of my life and will forever be missed. I love you dad.
“Grandpa’s hold our tiny hands for just a little while but our hearts forever….”
Papa, I am going to miss your stories, your jokes, your sweet tooth and your smile. You were an amazing Papa and I am truly going to miss you. I love you.
You will always hold a special place in my heart Papa. I will be forever grateful that you came to Calgary for my wedding to share Eric’s and my special day with us. I hope that wherever you are there is unlimited peanut butter and one day I will meet you there with a spoon. I love you and will miss you always Justine
Words cannot express how much you will be missed papa. I am so thankful for all the fun things you did with me growing up. Creating my own paint bucket so I could help you paint the deck, swims in the pool that was always so immaculately cleaned, bike rides on the bikes you found at garage sales, dances in the garage with the juke box and teaching me how to play golf. Those are just a few of my favourite memories! Summer was always an exciting time because I could hardly wait to see what you had in store! Even when I got older and had my own kids you found a way to make it special for Tatum and Harper. I am so grateful that you got to meet them and they got to see the wonderful man you were. I will miss your stories, your hugs and kisses and the adventures you created. I love you and you will always have a special place in my heart! xoxo
Missing you!
