On August 2, 2020, Calvin Michael Blair from Truro, NS suddenly passed away at the age of 56 in Vernon, BC. He leaves behind his daughter Kirsten Blair; sons Skyler Blair and Sammi Blair; grandchild Joseph Blair; parents Kenneth P. Blair and Barbara (Witwicki) Blair; siblings Shannon Wolfe (Blair) of Ontario, Cheryl Blair of Alberta, Sherri Ashe (Blair) of Alberta, and Brad Blair of British Columbia; several nieces and nephews: David son to Sherri Ashe (Blair), Cheris and John children of Cheryl Blair, and Jeremy, Matthew, and Alyssa children of Shannon Wolfe (Blair); uncle John Joseph Witwicki of Alberta; aunt Debbie Elliot of Ontario; cousins Tracy Panton of Ontario and Kelley Blair of Nova Scotia; and many other family and friends.
Those who went before include his maternal grandparents John and Anna (Mccabe) Witwicki; his paternal grandparents Frank and Rita Rice; as well as great-grandparents Murr and Rita Blair.
He loved all his kids more than life itself, and he would do anything for anyone. Calvin was a stay at home dad. He loved camping, fishing, gold panning, and he has spent his whole life being the family guy. Calvin was spontaneous, had a gypsy soul, and craved new adventures. Calvin loved making memories with all his kids, his family, and his grandson Joseph.
