To Rita and family, our deepest sympathy for your loss. I met Rita, at Cottonwoods, while visiting my Mother Judy over their dinner time. My compassion upon meeting Rita at their dinner table grew, as I could see her pain and stress. Then later, her trying to connect with her husband by phone. I relayed her situation to staff, as she was battling many issues at once. Rita, I have only just met you, but know you are loved, and wish you all the best! My deepest condolences for your loss. You are a star!

May your memories carry you through this time of the loss of Jerry.
I certainly have many great memories of Jerry when we lived on Blueridge Road.
Sorry for your loss. We have many fond memories from the many social gatherings that our families shared through IMI, Surrey and Kelowna. Jerry will be dearly missed. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Love From The Wagners
To the Cody family,
My sincere condolences on the loss of Jerry.. I work in the laundry at Sutherland Hills and just loved Jerry and his smile. He reminded me of my own grandfather who had passed away years ago back east. I really enjoyed talking with him when I worked and my eldest daughter had a soft spot for him as well, drawing a picture for him to hang on his bulletin board in his room. She visited one day and met Jerry, he was very kind and sweet to her.. she thought it would cheer him up to have a rainbow picture with she and Jerry in it.. it made him smile. Thoughts and prayers are with your entire family at this time… he will be greatly missed.
Sincerely, Janice N
I am sorry to have missed Jerry’s funeral on Saturday, but I was with you in spirit and my prayers are with you. Your smile and Jerry’s have been part of the ‘lighting system’ at St.Charles over the years, and I think heaven is brighter today! God be with you each day of the road ahead until we all walk in the Light of God’s smile. Hugs, Jan
Dear Rita & family…..I was very saddened to hear of Jerry’s passing recently. Laura had let us know she had seen the announcement. Jerry was such a dear man & I always enjoyed seeing you both at Mom & Dad’s on Rains Rd & later at their apartment on Richter. I remember visiting at your beautiful home in the Mission & how sweet & welcoming you both were. You were such good friends to Mom & Dad (Bob & Norma Scott)I’m sure Jerry & Dad are reconnected in heaven & chatting up a storm. My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family, Rita. Sending lots of hugs to you. With love, Lynda & all the Scott kids. Kenny, Diane, Doug, Kathy & Len.
