Derksen family, our thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve this profound loss. She leaves a legacy of faith and love in your lives and, no doubt, many cherished memories. Our sincere condolences.
I have so many fond memories of Kae from when I visited my mom Gladys in Kelowna. I will always remember her gentle spirit and cheery outlook on life. And most importantly, her love for Jesus! May you all feel the comfort and peace of Jesus during this difficult time. (the attached photo was taken in Nov 2012)
Dear Murray and Brian and all the Derksen family, may you know the Lord’s comfort these days. You are in my prayers. Much love to all of you. Gaileen
So very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a great friend to my mom, Gladys Myers & I always enjoyed visiting with Kae when I travelled to Kelowna. She was a special lady & heaven is welcoming a new angel.
Condolences to the family.
Kae resided in Shaughnessy Green for numerour years. Such a wonderful lady filled with sunshine.
My condolences to the Derksen family.
To the Derksens, my heart is with all of you as you grieve the loss of your dear mom. Her love for the Lord and dedication to her family and church community created a deep and lasting impact on those she served and beyond. Her spunk, energetic zest for life and joyful laughter will always be fondly remembered.
Our prayers are with you, the Derksen family, as well as Kae’s sister, Betty Fillion! May God comfort your hearts.
My heart felt condolences! Kae was someone special indeed. I was blessed to have so many interactions with her through the many years we had “the birthday girls” together. I was always thankful that she was a dear friend to my mom, Bernice. The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. Your sun will never set again, and your moon will want no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end. Isaiah 60
I will truly miss “Aunt Kae”! Her words towards me were always encouraging and sometimes instructive.
I leave you with – 2Th 2:16 May our Lord Jesus, the Messiah himself, and may God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope,
2Th 2:17 encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good action and word.
With great love and respect.
Albert
