We Remember
FALKINGHAM, Lisa Dawn
April 15, 1976 — April 1, 2023
Lisa Falkingham passed away peacefully on April 1, 2023, with her family and Pastor by her side.
Lisa was predeceased by her father, Wallace Eugene “Bene” Mosher. She leaves behind, with loving memories, her two beautiful daughters, Lacey Iaquinta (Tony) of Calgary, AB and Lexi Falkingham of Kelowna, BC; the love of her life, her grandson, Luca Iaquinta; as well as her mother, Leona Mosher of Digby, NS; her big brother, Waylon Mosher (Karen); nephew Mitch (Brooke) of Digby, NS; and niece Micaella (Lance) of Texas, USA. Lisa was blessed to have such a large extended family so many very special friends that she loved with all her heart, including her Nana, Heather Burlingham of Digby, NS. They helped to inspire her, and they supported her in her journey. Lisa touched, and was touched by, so many that it would be impossible to list them all.
Lisa never stopped fighting her battle (to live for her girls and her sweet grandson) until the very end. She was always the one to think of helping others, from the homeless to friends & family; she was the first to jump in and help anyway she could.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support at this time, with special thanks to Kathy Thompson and the staff at the Kelowna General Hospital ICU, your care and compassion will never be forgotten.
Lisa, we will love and miss you always.

I first met Lisa when our girls, Olivia and Lacey started grade Primary at DES and we sat in line all night to make sure they had a spot in French Immersion. From there we bonded and we’re always together like glue until the time came when they moved to BC. Such fond memories I will treasure and keep close to my heart. Lisa, you were a fighter and you fought to the bitter end. I’ll miss you more than words can say. My heart is broken. Lacey and Lexi, your Mom was a gem, keep her memories with you always. You were her everything. My heart breaks for you. Love to you both. XO
