Passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the age of 91. Survived by her loving family, two daughters: Beverley Walls (Terry), Elizabeth Wocks (Dennis) all of Kelowna; two sons: Leonard Goddard (Trinette) of Ottawa, ON, Steve Goddard (Jody) of Kelowna, BC; thirteen grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; two sisters: Marjory Burditt (Stanley) of London, ON, Betty Yardley (Doug) of Flamboro, ON; two brothers-in-law: Robert Goddard (Mary) of Hamilton, ON, Stan Crookall of Peterboro, ON; two sisters-in-law: Fran Aspden of Hamilton, ON, Faye Aspden of Ferndale, WA; as well as many close nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving husband Leonard Goddard; sister Gwen Crookall; brothers Ken and Roy Aspden; brother and sister-in-law Alex and Muriel Goddard. Mom will be dearly missed, but our memories of a loving mother who instilled the love of God as well as showing her love for us, will forever live in us. We love you, Mom and know that someday we will be reunited in Christ Jesus. There will be a private ash interment at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. Private family celebration of life at a later date. An open house will be held on June 18th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at 4880 Parkdale Crescent, Kelowna, BC. Should family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Centre for the Southern Interior www.bccancer.bc.ca, the Gideons www.gideons.ca or the BC Alzheimer Society www.alzheimer.ca.
