We Remember
LINDAHL, Robert Peter
June 10, 1959 — September 17, 2020
With heavy hearts the family of Robert Lindahl announce his passing on September 17, 2020. He leaves to mourn his loving family: his daughters Brittani (Brett) and Rayanna; his son Dylan; his granddaughters Alison and Riley; and his grandsons Nathan and Connor; as well as his father Albert and mother Helga; brother Michael (sons Dawson and Joel); sister Christine (Jack and son Evan); sister Karen (Scott and daughters Madison and Mackenzie). He has gone to join: his sister Yvonne, grandson Carson, and many other close family and friends.
Robert was a very strong person who was passionate about Life and who dearly loved his family. Born in 1959 at the Vancouver General Hospital, Robert’s family moved to Winfield, BC when he was very young. He grew up there, spending his time on the ice rink with friends he would keep the rest of his life. Watching a Boston Bruins game with a cold Budweiser was his idea of a great evening. As he entered the workforce he discovered his love of the ocean working on a boat, he moved to a career that he was just as passionate about as a Pipe Fitter working in Alberta’s energy sector; he was very proud of his work.
Robert was wonderful to be around, his humour was delightfully funny and his intelligence was paired with kindness. He gave his all to his three children who already miss him deeply.

RIP Rob. We have had many laughs and many fights. You are my big brother. You are in my heart forever. ❤️
Rip dad. It really messes with me because I only know you for 13 years of my life, and I’ll always look back on all the fun times when I was little, like when we would go to moxies every Saturday and that one time when we came home and I had my hair dyed lots of different colours. You will be missed so much and I hope your still living to the fullest even if living isn’t apart of it. I love you.
R.I.P. Rob…I’ll always remember our softball days together,it was a lot of fun playing with you and the rest of the characters on the Raiders.
