Dear Russell and family, so sorry to hear about Astrid’s passing. I will remember her lovely smile and kindness and love of family. She was a patient of mine with Dr Nash and then Dr Taylor.
Pastor Melsness and Karen and Randi:
We’re very sorry to hear of Mrs. Melsness’s passing, but also know that it comes as a release from some very serious difficulties. We will always hold her close in our hearts. She had an significant influence on our young lives and showed us all a lot about true compassion and love, generosity, and friendship. A life well lived.

Dear Family;
I remember your Mom playing the organ many years ago at the Lutheran Church in Rutland. I was just a child but was always so moved by her skill, & how she seemed to enjoy it so much. I could feel her love of it in the hyms even as a young child. My Prayers are with you all she was a very lovely person. Sincerely Shannon Bergen (previously Henderson)
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Mrs. Melsness as well as the rest of the family were very special to me and I think of all the wonderful memories we shared together when I took care of your family get togethers in the Vintage Dining Room. May you lean on each other to comfort one another and share all the wonderful memories of the beautiful person she was.
Dear Russell and family, We are saddened by the death of Astrid. But we are aware that God holds her gently in the hollow of His Hand as He did throughout her lifetime. Astrid always was a special girl. All of you can continue to give thanks for her place in your lives. God bless you today and always. Randi & Tom
