Uncle Joe, Dale & Sheila; The loss of one’s mother and spouse is by far the saddest of anyone’s lifetime. There is just no other loss that measures up to this one. But knowing your mom as we did, we know that she wouldn’t want us sitting around too long in greif but rather celebrating the wonderful life she led. We join in with everyone who knew your mom and wife in wishing you peace and comfort as you journey through this sad and painful time in your lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
God Bless;

A beautiful poem to nurture and comfort;
Sleep Now;
Although we cannot see you
We feel your presence near.
We will hold you close in memory
Till we drop our very last tear.
So sleep now with the angels,
And your golden heart let rest
Although our hearts are broken
We know GOD took the best.
So dance beyond those golden gates,
And join your loving mom.
We’ll see you when we are sleeping,
And pray for you to come.
And although this pain is painful,
And we really don’t wanna let you go,
We’ll wait for death to take us mom, Em
So se can together one day glow.
Until that day we’ll close our eyes,
And see your smiling face.
We’ll lock you up inside our hearts
Until we again embrace.
So rest now our beautiful mother and wife,
We’ll never forget how much you have done
So until our hands meet yours again,
Sleep now in the sun!
We are sorry to hear of Emma’s passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Pete & Genny
Joe, it was with very heavy hearts that we learned of Emma’s passing. We are grateful to have come to know her (the two of you!) in recent years, and will miss Emma’s big smile, contagious laugh, radiant personality, and abundant energy. She has been a loyal, trusted friend to Aunt Millie and family and we are all so grateful for having had her in our lives. We wish you, Dale, Sheila and the grandchildren peace and comfort in the journey ahead.
Our love and sympathy, Karen & Ed Bordun
I didn’t know Emma very long but being her neighbor and seeing her smiling and open arms always there was a great pleasure and now a great loss. You will be missed.

Uncle Joe, Dale, Sheila and family,
So very sorry to hear about this sad news. As you know, Auntie Emma was very special to me – like my second Grandma. She gave me lots of pep talks growing up, made me my favourite foods when I came to visit and was such a wonderful support during my childhood and teen years. She and my grandma Tirk had a very special bond and I know aunt Emma thought of her dear sister every day. I have peace knowing they are reunited in heaven – hopefully biking to Dairy Queen for an ice cream cone or playing a round of Kanasta. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I hope to connect with all of you when we are back in BC in August:)
