We Remember
WUTZKE, Henry
—
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Wutzke (May 13, 2020 in Kelowna, BC) He leaves behind his 3 children Doris Wutzke (Darrell Uhearn), Dennis (Jennifer) Wutzke, and Ellen Wutzke (Brad Russell); as well as his siblings Elsa Frahm, Wilhelm Wutzke and Eduard Wutzke (predeceased.)
Dad you were an inspiration in our lives, and we will be forever grateful for your generosity, kindness, and patience. Your sense of humour, great laugh and zest for life will be missed immeasurably. We take solace in knowing that you have been reunited with the love of your life, our beautiful mother, Erika. May your journey home bring many travels.
A private family graveside service will be held so that Henry will be laid to rest with his beloved Erika. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice to honour Henry.
If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Condolences”.
THIS SERVICE WILL BE LIVE STREAMED/BROADCAST TUESDAY, MAY 19 AT 12:30 PM.
Doris and other family members. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to all of you at this difficult time. I always enjoyed talking with your dad. You will have cherished memories of great family times together that will sustain you in the coming days.
From St Albert and Edmonton the Zills family wish to extend our deepest condolences to all the Wutzke family. If there is one thing we will always remember it is Henry’s smile and laugh. He was very respected and worked hard but always had time for sharing that funny joke.
We will miss you as we missed Erika. God’s love to you both.
Sending our thoughts and prayers to you all. Whenever I see Dennis smile and laugh there have been times when I smile and think “Dennis you look so much like your Dad “and it warms my heart. Every memory we have of Henry and Erika have been very fond. We pray for love and comfort to be with you all and know we are here for you . Sending so much love and hugs.
